Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Use Antidote with My Software?

The way you use Antidote with each software on your computer varies. This is why the corrector, dictionaries and guides can be called up in different ways: with the context menu, an extension, a floating bar, etc.

To find out how to use Antidote with a particular software, see the Use tab in Connectix, the software utility that accompanies Antidote.

To directly access the instructions adapted to your software environment, click on the small Antidote flask and select Using with your other software in the menu that appears.

  • On Windows
The menu is accessible in the notification area at the bottom right of your screen.

  • On Mac
The menu is accessible in the menu bar at the top right of your screen.

  • On Linux
The menu is accessible in the notification area, at the top right of your screen.

Some Linux distributions do not support the small flask and its menu. In that case, launch the Connectix software utility from the binary installed on disk, accessible by default under /opt/Druide/Connectix, then select the Use tab.
