I can access my Client Portal, but none of my Antidote licences appear. What should I do?
- Go to : Obtain a new activation code
- Enter your Antidote licence's serial number (15 characters) in the appropriate box
- If you do not have it, fill out a request form and carefully input « Lost serial number » in the subject field.
- Click on Access my portal
Your licence will then be added to your Portal and you will be able to see all of its details as well as all information related to downloading the product under the My products tab.
Repeat these steps for each Antidote licence that does not appear in your Portal.
