I have a new computer/I can no longer use my old computer and I would like to retrieve my Antidote license. How can I do so?

The Antidote license is a station license, meaning we take into account the number of stations on which Antidote is simultaneously installed. You may reinstall Antidote multiple times without losing your installation rights.

To retrieve the Antidote license, you must uninstall Antidote or reformat the computer. If the station on which Antidote was installed is no longer functional, you regain your right to install Antidote on another computer.

To reinstall Antidote, follow these steps:

  1. Access your Client Portal.*
  2. Choose the product you wish to install in the My products tab.*
  3. Click on Download at the bottom of the window and carefully select the right operating system.
