Antidote Pro: Generative AI in Support of Organizations

Druide informatique presents Antidote Pro, a solution designed for organizations to benefit from the latest innovations to its renowned writing assistance software, including sentence reformulation using generative artificial intelligence (AI) and shared writing conventions. The Antidote Pro subscription combines Antidote 12, which is installed locally on Windows or Mac, with Antidote Web, which opens in a browser on any computer, tablet or smartphone, including Android and Chromebook. Organizations can therefore equip all their employees with everything Antidote has to offer.

Reformulations Using Generative AI

A subscription to Antidote Pro gives Antidote 12 users the ability to reframe their writing through four different views: Rewrite, Retouch, Soften and Shorten. Each one duly prompts Druide’s large language model (LLM)—trained by the company and hosted on its servers. Antidote then filters and corrects the responses and ranks the different options. As a result, all employees of an organization can harness the power of generative AI and control it with ease to get smart suggestions for rewording their work that remain true to their ideas.

Shared Writing Conventions

With Antidote Pro, organizations can establish their writing standards and make sure employees follow them. They can assign someone to share custom dictionaries or rules with the entire organization or with a specific group, and the corrector’s detections will reflect these conventions. Sharing customizations helps users to apply the rules of an organization’s style guide or communications guidelines, for example. Once shared, employees gain access to these conventions and receive updates after any modification automatically. Customized settings can also be shared.

Universal Access

Antidote Pro meets many computing needs expressed by organizations. With this subscription, employees with designated workstations get access to Antidote 12 locally, while remote employees can connect to Antidote Web from anywhere. Additionally, users can sync their favourites, personal dictionaries and settings across multiple devices, such as a desktop computer and a laptop.

Simplified and Centralized Management

The new Organization Deployment Manager makes configuring Antidote on Windows easier, including granting access permissions. Intune, Microsoft’s cloud-based endpoint management tool, is now supported, as are authentication and provisioning with SAML and SCIM protocols. Administrators can manage user groups and assign roles for sharing writing conventions in the Organization Client Portal.

Antidote Pro is marketed by Druide as of today and will soon be by its European distributors as well.
