Antidote Mobile and its contents (“the App”) are provided as a service by Druide informatique inc. (“Druide”). Before using the App, make sure that you have read these conditions governing its use. By using the App, you accept these conditions and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any one of the terms of these conditions, you must immediately stop using the App.
1. License
Druide grants you a non-exclusive license to use the App for the duration and for the maximum number of accounts defined in your subscription, provided that you pay the fees and that you adhere to its Conditions of Use.
2. Subscription
Price – Druide reserves the right to change the pricing of subscriptions to the App at any time and without notice. However, any such change would not take effect before the expiration of a subscription that has already been paid for.
Refunds – Payments are non-refundable and no discount or credit is provided, even in cases of partial usage periods.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Property – Except for some copyright-free texts and images, all materials contained in the App (logos, screenshots, concepts, graphics, images, algorithms, documents and other materials), as well as the selection, arrangement and displaying of these materials belong exclusively to Druide and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Antidote and Antidote Mobile are trademarks of Druide. All other products mentioned in the App are trademarks of their respective owners.
Reproduction – Druide grants you permission to display and copy the documents available in the App on the express conditions that they be employed for personal use only and that all copyrights, trademarks, service marks and other property notices are reproduced as they appear in the documents. Any public or commercial use of the App materials is strictly forbidden. You may not modify or distribute the App and its documents.
4. Links to Third-Party websites
As a service to its visitors, the App may provide hyperlinks to other websites. Druide does not control these websites, and as a result cannot be held responsible for their content. By providing hyperlinks, Druide does not in any way endorse the contents of these websites.
5. Modifications
Druide reserves the right to modify, add or remove any information or material in the App at any time and without notice.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” basis; no form of guarantee is offered. You acknowledge that you are using the App at your own risk. Druide does not guarantee that the App will meet your needs or that its operation is entirely error-free. You agree not to hold Druide responsible for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App (including damages caused by the loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information), even if Druide had received prior notice of the possibility of such damages.
7. Protection of Personal Information
Personal information and data saved on the App are governed by our privacy policy.
We encourage you to read it carefully, since your use of the App implies that you consent to its terms. If you do not agree with any one of the terms of this privacy policy, you must stop using the App immediately.
8. Access Revocation
Druide grants you authorization to use the App’s services provided that you adhere to its Conditions of Use. If you do not, Druide may suspend or revoke your access at any time and without notice.
9. Applicable Laws
The App is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. By using the App, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec. You also agree to pursue any litigation that may arise from use of the App in the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, province of Quebec. However, any litigation that may arise from a copyright violation may also be pursued, at Druide’s discretion, in the competent courts of the defendant’s judicial district.
