I am unable to verify my email address. What can I do? 

If you are unable to verify your email address, first make sure you have checked your junk mail folder; our email could be there. 

If you are still unable to verify your email address, please open a request with our customer service. 

In the meantime, you can still access your license through the third option on the email verification window. You will find a link allowing you to skip the verification for a limited time.
