Custom Presets
If Antidote’s built-in presets do not precisely align with your correction requirements, you have the option of creating your own. You can create as many new presets as you want, which will be added to the menu, allowing you to switch between them effortlessly when correcting different texts.
To create your new custom preset, you can start from an existing one (whether it is built-in or custom), and then adjust only the necessary settings. Simply select a preset from the Presets menu, then change the language or typography settings of your choice. Once you have made all of your changes, open the menu again, select Save as, and give your new preset a helpful name, such as the name of a client whose novel you are editing.
Modifying a custom preset
To modify a custom preset, select the preset and adjust its settings according to your new requirements. A dash in the menu indicates that the current preset has been modified. Click Save to keep your modifications, or Save as to create a new preset with your changes.
Deleting a custom preset
Select the preset to delete, choose Delete the current preset from the menu, and confirm your decision in the dialog.
