Updating

Updating Antidote consists of reinstalling using more recent installers.

For local installation from one workstation to another, the first and most simple method to update is to select “Help > Search for updates” or “Help > Download assistant”. If a published update has not yet been applied, the installers of this new version will be downloaded and saved into a folder named “Druide_Telechargement”, located in the user account’s Downloads folder, after which they may be immediately installed. These files can then be used manually on other workstations. However, it is important to use the installer Inst - Antidote.exe, as for the installation, instead of the installers in the sub-folders.

The second possible update method is to download the most recent installation file from your organization’s Client Portal and to reinstall manually as it was done for the installation.
