Managing Accounts in the Client Portal

If you have an Antidote Pro or Antidote Web subscription, you need to create accounts for your users in order for them to use Antidote. This chapter present how to manage user accounts and access to Antidote in the Organization Client Portal. If your organization uses an identity provider, see the previous chapter to create accounts with SSO and provisionning.

If you have a per-device Antidote license, you can only create accounts that have the administrator or technician roles. These accounts will be able to get information about the license and to download installers.
