Installation

The installation procedure must be done for all workstations.

  1. Download the complete installer (Antidote_12.y_B_n_Windows.exe) from your Organization Client Portal.

    When an Antidote update is issued, the complete Antidote installer for the version of this update will be available in your Organization Client Portal.

  2. Ensure that the prerequisites are met (see the Prerequisites section).

  3. Log in as an administrator.

  4. Run the installer Antidote_12.y_B_n_Windows.exe.

  5. Select Install to unzip a folder that contains the installation files and takes the following form: Antidote_12.y_B_n_Installation and then launches the installer.

    This unzipped folder can later be used on other devices. However, it is important to use the installer Inst - Antidote.exe instead of the installers in the sub-folders.

  • Installing 12 Antidote involves up to four MSI files: one for the Antidote 12 application, one for the Antidote - Connectix 12 application and one each for the possible English and French modules.
  • The activation of Antidote with a serial number is done by clicking on the link, “Enter a serial number…”, available at the bottom of the Druide account authentication window.
